Job Description

WebNamaste is on the lookout for a dynamic Digital Outreach & Sales Specialist to spearhead the sales of our AI-based automation solutions. This pivotal role involves not just selling a product but also revolutionizing how our clients engage with automation technology.

You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making phone calls, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

This is a FULL-TIME role with ample opportunity for learning from the best in the industry, the ability to level up and build your teams, and earning multiples of your salary as sales incentives.

Candidates from Chennai are preferred, but you're welcome to apply for Remote/Work From Home as well. Please mention this while applying.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient in corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with a CRM app
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of our AI-based automation solutions, pioneering new approaches and strategies.
  • Engage in daily strategic discussions to align with and exceed sales goals.
  • Utilize social selling, cold calling, and email outreach to build client relationships and generate demand.
  • Focus on creating long-term, sustainable revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with the team to support sales, enhance customer experiences, and generate leads.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos for prospects
