Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive & Subscription Sales

Location: Chennai

Year of Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Manages all social media channels and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase brand Reach. The job would require research and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.

Revenue generation on the assigned properties.(The Federal- 8th Column Subscription)

Responsible for developing sales strategy to achieve subscription targets (B2C)..

Manage all digital marketing channels and monitor competition and devise effective counter strategies

Manage and improve online content(Keyword Analysis), considering SEO and Google Analytics

Build an inbound marketing plan with good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.

Hands-on experience with On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO and YouTube SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software.

Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company's success.

Job Duties:

  1. Oversees all social media accounts management for The Federal, www.thefederal.com
  2. Linkedin, Facebook,Instagram,and Twitter.
  3. To do Eight column posts on Linkedin and see if Engagement can be built around important posts.
  4. Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
  5. Interacts with social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators -
  6. Interacts with newsroom and news editors for social media broadcast requirements of stories- Give Daily Trend update from insights dashboard of google newsroom
  7. Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
  8. Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
  9. Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces

  11. Monitors and tracks online contests and rewards
  12. Ensure Video published on YouTube is replicated on other platforms.
  13. Generate leads through cold calling to prospective clients for B2C Sales
  14. To independently run the brand's social media campaigns.
  15. Responsible for sharing the post campaign analysis report.
