Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products. This role will require a deep understanding of current marketing tools and strategies, as well as the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, increase brand awareness, and drive online engagement and conversion.
  • Manage Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing.
SEO and SEM: Manage and optimize SEO and SEM efforts to improve organic and paid search results, increasing website traffic and conversion rates.Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies to grow followers, engage with audiences, and build brand loyalty.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on digital marketing investments.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve team and company goals.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.4
  • 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO/SEM.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
