Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Plan and manage multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Content Management & SEO
- Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of engaging digital content across platforms.
- Develop SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, and keyword performance.
- Social Media & Community Management
- Manage social media channels, crafting and posting content, engaging with the audience, and building a strong online community.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics, such as web traffic, social engagement, and campaign ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Paid Advertising & PPC
- Manage pay-per-click campaigns, display advertising, retargeting efforts, and social media ads.
- Collaborate with the advertising team to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Email Marketing
- Develop and oversee email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and promote products or services.
- Manage audience segmentation, A/B testing, and automation for maximum engagement and conversions.
- Collaborations & Partnerships
- Identify and manage relationships with influencers, media partners, and digital platforms to enhance brand reach and credibility.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product) to align digital marketing efforts with broader business goals.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot).
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing software.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
