Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a track record of successfully implementing online strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters. Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality materials.
  • SEO Optimization: Perform keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO to enhance the visibility of our website and content in search engine results.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media profiles, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot. Use data insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan and execute PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media. Manage budgets, bid strategies, and ad copy.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, product managers, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
  • Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing.
