Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creativity and technical know-how, capable of driving digital campaigns, running targeted ads, analyzing data, and building our brand's online presence. You should have a deep understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and be able to connect with audiences through effective storytelling and targeted strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, SEO/SEM, email, PPC, etc.)
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring KPI targets are met
- Monitor ad budgets, bid strategies, and key performance metrics to optimize ad performance and ROI
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality and engaging digital assets for ads
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools, implementing best practices, especially for running effective ads
- Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows
- Ensure SEO best practices are implemented and continually improved to complement paid campaigns
- Drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through creative campaigns and community management
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization for paid ads
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics tools
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website optimization techniques
- Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign
- Expertise in using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and running paid campaigns across social media platforms
- Understanding of marketing automation and lead generation strategies
