Responsibilities
Work together with the CRM team Globally and manage CRM campaigns for INSUB.
Should be able to conceptualize and plan campaigns based on Market requirements and seasonality.
Scope out, draft and execute mobile push and email campaigns from the brief you receive from account managers and marketing team.
Analyze data to calculate the impact of campaigns and define benchmarks and guidelines for future campaigns.

Required Skills
Should have experience of a minimum of 3- 5 years in Planning, Handling executing CRM campaigns.
Excellent database / CRM knowledge and expertise in reading and understanding data.
2- 3 years of hands on Retention marketing experience.
Knowledge Experience on App Engagement and Re- engagement campaigns is a must .
Experience in mapping the purchase funnel.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a must as you would be developing email campaigns.
Strong communication skills as you would be working with various departments and across Wego's offices on a daily basis.
Strong analytical skills.
Attention to detail when you deal with projects that will directly impact users.
Basic knowledge and ability to use Sketch or Adobe Photoshop or other tools is a plus
Should be able to think of users over anything else.
Should be able to work independently.
SQL knowledge Business intelligence background is a plus.
Curious and fast to learn new things
Preferably from a Travel industry background.
Can join in 15- 20 days
