The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indian job market and the air industry, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the air industry
- Experience in Air, Air Freight, Freight forwarding
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets and goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
