Demand Generation Specialist role will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients via phone, nurturing relationships, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. The role requires
a clear understanding of the target audience, effective communication skills, and the ability

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Tele-calling Campaigns: Initiate outbound calls to potential leads and prospects as part of demand generation activities to introduce products/services and create interest.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria to ensure alignment with the sales team's target customer profile. Ensure accurate lead scoring and effective handoff to the sales team.
- Customer Engagement: Understand customer pain points, needs, and potential use cases for the company's products/services; provide solutions and drive interest through effective communication.
- CRM Management: Update and manage the CRM system with lead information, notes, and progress, ensuring accurate and real-time data entry.

- Follow-up & Nurturing: Engage in timely follow-ups with leads who show interest, keeping them warm and nurturing the relationship until they are sales-ready.
- Collaboration with Marketing & Sales: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on target personas, messaging, and strategies to optimize the effectiveness of outbound calling campaigns.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report key performance metrics such as the number of calls made, conversions, lead qualification rates, and other relevant KPIs. Suggest improvements based on analysis.
- Handle Objections: Manage objections and resolve inquiries from prospects professionally, focusing on guiding them towards understanding the value proposition.
- Market Research: Perform research on target companies, industries, and markets to better tailor calls and improve engagement rates
Requirements:
Soft Skills and Abilities:
- Experience using CRM software like SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Proven track record in generating qualified leads through tele-calling efforts.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet lead generation targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle objections and rejection.
- Familiarity with marketing concepts and demand generation strategies is a plus
