About the Role
Elucidata is seeking a seasoned B2B Demand Generation Leader in India to drive the conceptualization and planning of our demand generation pipeline. This role is at the center of a cross-functional stakeholder group across sales, inside sales, product marketing, and brand marketing, building strong working relationships with key stakeholders. The Specialist will be responsible for strategizing, developing, managing, tracking, and optimizing marketing initiatives across all digital channels for mid-market and large enterprises to generate demand for our solutions. The ideal candidate is a proven orchestrator, capable of meeting pipeline targets with targeted, persona-focused campaigns
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize, develop, manage, track, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored for mid-market and large enterprises, driving high-impact engagement.
- Take ownership of 20% of the company's pipeline targets, leading both inbound and outbound initiatives to fuel growth.
- Craft and deploy strategies that build intent, guiding prospects through the funnel with engaging form fills and targeted actions.
- Collaborate with SEO experts, the Product Marketing Manager, and Content Writers to shape campaigns that spark awareness and interest through top-of-funnel strategies.
- Lead and inspire a team of digital marketing/CRM specialists and SDRs, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Execute paid campaigns, and seamlessly onboard and manage vendors to amplify Elucidata's marketing reach.
- Create a structured feedback loop with sales and inside sales to ensure campaigns resonate both internally and externally.
- Continuously measure and report digital marketing performance through CRM (Pardot), evaluating against ROI and KPIs to make data-driven decisions and build a powerhouse lead generation engine for enterprise sales.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of hands-on marketing experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- An academic background in engineering, science, technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in selling or marketing a product specifically in the North American marketthis is non-negotiable.
- You're a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with razor-sharp analytical skills. If you're hungry for challenges and ready to take on more, this role is your playground!
- Solid knowledge of automation tools, email marketing, SEO, marketing databases, Webflow, CRM, and paid channels like LinkedIn, PPC, and Google AdWordsplus, a grasp of website fundamentals.
- Proven leader and team player with a knack for coaching, inspiring, and guiding a team of marketing experts to achieve demand and lead generation KPIs.
- Strong business acumen, able to bridge business objectives with impactful marketing strategies and execution plans, supported by clear metrics and KPIs.
- A collaborative spirit with a talent for building strong relationships across commercial teams.
- A data-driven mindset with a strong handle on presentation, problem-solving, and budget management skills.
- Prior B2B SaaS selling experience in the North American market That's a huge plus!
