We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-12 years of experience in database administration and management. The candidate should have a strong understanding of database management systems and be able to manage and maintain our organization's databases.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain databases
- Monitor database performance and identify and resolve issues
- Ensure database security and integrity
- Create and maintain backup and recovery plans
- Collaborate with developers and other teams to ensure database compatibility and integration
- Provide technical support and guidance to users
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- 2-12 years of experience in database administration
- Strong knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server
- Experience in database design, implementation, and maintenance
- Experience in database security and backup and recovery plans
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
