Description

We are seeking a Data Governance Analyst Lead (Non-Technical) with 7-12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data quality, compliance, and governance across the organization. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of data management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate data risks
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations
• Establish and maintain data quality metrics and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and governance processes
• Lead data governance projects and initiatives
• Provide training and support to business stakeholders on data governance policies and procedures
• Serve as a subject matter expert on data governance and management best practices

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field
• 7-12 years of experience in data governance, data management, or related field
• Strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations
• Experience in developing and implementing data governance policies, procedures, and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in leading data governance projects and initiatives
• Experience in providing training and support to business stakeholders on data governance policies and procedures
• Certifications in data governance and management (e.g., CDMP, DGSP) preferred
