Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
- Proficient in English
- Familiarity with computers (CRM and MS Office)
- Data entry skills to complement Tele-calling tasks
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing oneself with all the details of the product or service offerings.
- Regularly updating and obtaining lists of individual contact details.
- Identifying customer needs and providing solutions through the company's products and services.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with potential prospects.
- Contacting current and potential clients to inform them about the product and service offerings.
- Generating sales by making cold calls to active or previous clients.
- Entering customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within specified time limits.
- Maintaining and updating the customer database.
- Recording all sales calls and noting useful information.
- Continuously improving through feedback.
