- Certifications in CRM or system administration are a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Perform data entry tasks, including entering new leads, contacts, and opportunities into the CRM system
- Regularly review and clean up the CRM database to eliminate duplicates and outdated information
- Generate reports and provide analysis on CRM data to support business decision-making
- Assist with CRM system customization and configuration to meet the organization's specific requirements
- Train and support CRM users on system functionality and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integration and data quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues, working closely with IT support teams
- Stay informed about latest CRM trends and technologies to continuously improve system usage and efficiency
