• Requisites:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience is required. Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.

• Technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.

Strong knowledge of and experience with Google Cloud Platform tools (Firestore, BigQuery, Data Studio), and Python programming.

• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).

Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Management:

• Collect data from various sources, including Google Firestore and other databases.

Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data collected, adhering to the 5 C's of data quality.

• Manage and design the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

• Use Google BigQuery for querying and analyzing large datasets efficiently.

Leverage Python notebooks for data manipulation, analysis, and predictive modeling.

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports. Data Visualization and Reporting:

Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

• Create dashboards and reports in Google Data Studio to visualize key metrics and insights.

Present findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and compelling storytelling, aiding in strategic decision-making.
Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand data needs and deliver on those needs.
