We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Representative with 0-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Our Customer Support team is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving any issues they may have.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Providing product information to customers
• Assisting customers with their orders and resolving any issues they may have
• Processing refunds and exchanges
• Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
• Maintaining accurate customer records
• Providing feedback to the management team regarding customer issues and trends

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 0-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer support software
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
