Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic CRM Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn about customer relationship management, data analysis, and CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM database.

Help with customer segmentation and targeting.

Support the team in developing and executing CRM campaigns.

Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.

Assist in handling customer inquiries and feedback.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align CRM activities with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems and tools is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Opportunities for Growth:

Monthly Stipend- 10,000- 13,000/-

Potential for promotion to a CRM Executive based on performance and capability.
