Experience 0 to 5Years Salary Range 15000/pm to 25000/pm Roles and Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide information about products/services, resolve product-related issues, and offer solutions to customer concerns. Record and maintain accurate customer records, including details of interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate problems as needed. Keep track of product/service updates and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services based on customer needs. Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. Meet the target and customer whenever its required. Co ordination with team and should have leadership skills. What we Expect Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
