Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive for our Tech Support team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our students receive prompt and effective technical assistance, enhancing their learning experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to students via phone, email, or chat for issues related to our online platforms and resources.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our e-learning platforms, login issues, and course materials.
- Guide students through technical problems by offering step-by-step instructions and solutions.
- Document and track support requests using our internal ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to identify and escalate unresolved issues.
- Provide feedback to improve technical resources and support processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our technology and offerings to provide accurate support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a tech support role, preferably within an educational technology setting.
- Strong understanding of technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Patience and a customer-focused approach to resolving issues.
