Job Description

helloGTX is looking for Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
  • Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex issues to higher-level support as needed
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in a clear and concise manner
  • Provide feedback to management and other departments to improve customer service and support processes
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with customer service and support software, such as a CRM or help desk platform
