Customer Support Associate Job Description:

Overview:

Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Resolve complaints courteously and professionally.

- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.

- Document interactions and follow communication procedures.

Requirements:

- Proven customer support experience.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize.

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
