Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide product information, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for customers.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior team members and assist in issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.
  • Identify trends and common issues to offer insights for enhancement.
  • Map the customer journey and pinpoint pain points.
  • Conduct follow-up calls or surveys to gather additional customer feedback.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrable strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Preferably, experience in working with SaaS products.
  • Desirable background in a startup environment.
  • Technical curiosity or experience, coupled with a willingness to learn.
  • Quick learner with an ability to adjust to evolving business needs.
  • Proven capability in educating executive decision-makers and fostering relationships with them.
