Description

We are seeking a Customer Service / Sales Representative with 1-3 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting sales of our products and services. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Profile : VIP Service - (Customer service +Renewals)

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Customer service + Sales/upsell/renewals.

Need Excellent English communication.

Language required- Marathi + Hindi + English excellent communication

Nightshift - 7 (Only males)

Telugu - 5 Females , 2 Males

Bengali - 4 Females , 2 Males

Punjabi - 2 Females, 1 Male

Malayalam - 3 Females, 2 Male

Qualification- HSC passed.

Salary- 25k - 35 IH - depends on the last drawn + On payroll + Incentives + Night allowances (Only for male)

2 Rotational week off/ Rotational day shift

For Males - Age - 24 years to 37

For Females - Age 24 to 42

Location - Sakinaka

We also have hirings for : 1. VIP Service - Night Shift (only males), Telugu, Bengali, Punjabi, Gujarati.

Salary upto - 35k IH - 2 week offs.

2. VIP International- Only Males required

Salary upto 35k IH - 2 weekoffs.

3. VIP domestic Telesales - Tamil , Telugu.

Salary upto - 30K IH - 1 weekoff.

4. CRM - Chat + Voice + Mail-

Salary - 21k IH 25k G - 2 week offs.

5. Escalation - Only Males required

Salary upto - 35k IH - 2 week offs.
