Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Trupoint It and Consulting. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Airoli, Maharashtra, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. This role is open to candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving product or service-related issues
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and managing customer profiles
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient resolution of customer issues
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or department
- Assist with customer onboarding and product/service demonstrations
- Keep abreast of product updates, industry trends, and customer feedback to provide recommendations for improvement
- Meet or exceed established performance targets, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality metrics
