Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Representative to join our team for the night shift. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products/services, and persuade them to make a purchase or set up appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Shift: Night Shift (US Process)
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or database.
- Introduce company products/services to potential customers and explain their benefits.
Persuade customers to make a purchase or set up appointments for our sales team.- Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns or other sources.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:- Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in a night shift role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.- Willingness to work night shifts and flexible hours.
