Responsibilities

• Responding to customer queries and complaints via phone, email, or chat
• Providing accurate information about products and services
• Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Monitoring customer orders and ensuring timely delivery
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Assisting with product and service sales
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 0-1 years of experience in customer service or related field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)
• Problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Positive attitude, patience, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to work in shifts and weekends if required
