Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in lead generation, & nurturing processes to ensure a steady flow of potential customers
- Maintaining and updating customer information in the (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and sales activities
- Generating sales reports, analyzing sales data
- Assisting in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and the processing of orders, including verifying order details
