Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, solving problems efficiently, and working in a fast-paced call center environment supporting global customers.

Location: Hyderabad Gachibowli (On-site)

Working Hours: US - EST timings (5:00 pm to 2:00 am IST)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Understand customer needs, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining company standards.
  • Follow established customer service scripts and communication guidelines.
  • Stay updated on company policies, processes, and FAQ resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Identify opportunities for product/service upselling when appropriate.
  • Meet individual KPIs and contribute toward achieving team targets.
  • Prepare and submit performance reports and customer interaction summaries.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • High school graduate (Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in customer service, call center, or similar roles.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with professional behavior.
