We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will ensure their inquiries are resolved quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have 0-7 years of experience in the job market context of India.
Responsibilities
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing product information to customers
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Managing a large volume of customer calls and emails
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Skills and Qualifications
