Job Description

- Provide top-notch customer support, assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction

- Qualify leads and conduct initial assessments to identify potential opportunities for our services - Collaborate with the sales team to drive lead conversion and achieve revenue targets

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system

- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve our products and services

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and provide relevant information

- Provide support to the Marketing team with Marcomm Ops
