As a Customer Relationship Specialist for Kiwi Kisan Window, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: - Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Proactively reach out to customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and offer assistance.
- Educate customers about our organic FMCG products, their benefits, and our brands mission.
Order Management: - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist customers with order tracking, modifications, cancellations, and returns, as needed.
Product Knowledge: - Stay up-to-date with the features and benefits of our products.
- Provide product recommendations and information to customers based on their preferences and needs.
- Share customer feedback and insights with the product development and marketing teams.
Customer Feedback: - Collect and analyze customer feedback and suggestions to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing,business or related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
