We offer the first carbon dioxide-based biting insect trap for commercial use and the first propane-powered mosquito trap for consumer use in India. In addition, we provide comprehensive service and maintenance for our machines directly at our customers premises.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located in New Delhi. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, including sales and communication. The role also involves project management, ensuring smooth execution of various CRM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sales experience, including lead generation and conversion
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
