Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CRM Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing customer data and generating insights using Excel. This role will involve maintaining accurate customer records, analyzing data trends, and supporting our customer relations strategy. As our CRM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Customer Engagement:
- Assist in developing and executing customer engagement strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of customer outreach initiatives.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
2.Customer Data Management:
- Maintain and update customer databases using Excel.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly cleaning and auditing customer records.
- Develop and implement processes for data entry and management to improve efficiency.
3.Customer Support:
Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
4.Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Generate regular reports on customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign performance.
- Present findings to the Customer Relations Manager and other stakeholders to inform decision-making.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to align customer relationship strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of customer journey maps and segmentation strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience working a CRM or similar role with a strong focus on customer engagement and marketing automation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
