Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist at Deccan Sales & Service Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad. The CRM Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, analyzing customer data, assisting with project management, and utilizing CRM software to track and enhance customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Experience in the engineering or automobile industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
