Job Description:
- CRM strategy to increase app downloads, app engagement, lead conversion & customer renewals
- projections and derive expected business impact
- communication strategy for CRM campaigns
- growth marketing initiatives through CRM channels
- execution of multi-channel (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, in-app, etc.) customer journeys including transactional and promotional campaigns
- with IT/product teams for setting up data pipes
- different stakeholders (Content, Design, Compliance) to ensure timely execution of projects
- funnel behavior and monitor campaign performance across channels
- testing on CTAs, content, creative style, timing to improve engagement
- reports and dashboards
Desirable Skill Set:
- years of experience in setting up data pipes, planning and executing campaigns across digital channelsemail, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications and in-app notifications
- initiative to understand consumer behavior
- with customer segmentation and cross-platform automation strategy
- to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- experience on tools like CleverTap, WebEngage, Netcore Smartech, Adobe Campaign, etc.
- knowledge of Excel (vlookup, filters, pivot tables)
- 4-5 Years of experience
