Job Description

*Key Responsibilities:*

*1. Sales Calling Review:*
* Oversee and review sales calls to ensure quality and effectiveness.
* Provide feedback and training to sales team members to enhance performance.

* Manage and optimize the lead management process to ensure timely and effective follow-up.

* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

4. *Customer Relationship Management:*
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
* Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and maintain accurate client records.
