Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Optimize the CRM system for efficient lead tracking, segmentation, and follow-up
- Analyze lead data to identify trends, improve lead quality, and enhance conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM activities with business goals and sales targets
- Create and manage targeted email campaigns and automated workflows to engage leads
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead management efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Train and support staff on CRM best practices and lead management techniques
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain data integrity
