Job Description

Position: Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Salary: 25,000 per month

Incentives: None

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced candidate to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of CRM experience in any industry, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office and Tally (Tally experience is optional). The role involves managing customer relationships and performing telesales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Conduct telesales activities to promote products/services and generate sales.

- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.

- Maintain and update customer databases.

- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving customer engagement and retention.

Requirements

- candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM in any industry.

- Strong command over the English language, both written and verbal.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
