Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Job Description:

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and nurturing

relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around three key

areas: Follow-up, Ad Posting, and Telecalling.

1. Follow-ups (Sales, Delivery, Payment):

Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring smooth communication

and prompt resolution of inquiries.

Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely delivery of products/services and

address any issues that may arise.

Manage payment follow-ups, ensuring timely payments and resolving any billing

discrepancies.

2. Ad Posting (Instagram, WhatsApp Marketing Groups):

Create engaging posts and advertisements to promote our products/services on

Instagram and WhatsApp marketing groups.

Monitor engagement and respond to customer inquiries or comments promptly.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for reaching target

audiences.

3. Telecalling:

Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential clients to promote products/services,

answer queries, and gather feedback.

Maintain a database of client interactions, ensuring accurate recording of conversations

and follow-up actions.

Provide personalized assistance to clients, addressing their needs and concerns

effectively.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

Proficiency in using social media platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp for marketing

purposes.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
