Customer Relations Manager :
Job Description -
People:
Work with HR to ensure that the department/team is adequately staffed.
Coordinate and facilitate the requisite trainings for the team & individuals.
Conduct regular feedback sessions with individual members of the team to discuss any concerns and/or issues that members may have and provide guidance where needed.
Process:
Oversee CRM process, post Sales up to the point of handover of the unit to the client.
Maintain a master sheet of all projects.
Layouts, floor plans and site plans of projects to be available on file for the CRM team to access when required.
Resolve customer queries and address issues highlighted by the customer via call or email.
Make arrangements for and accompany clients on site visits.
Verify that the construction stages are on track as per last CTS shared before raising payment demands in coordination with Finance team.
Timely collection of payment dues against demands generated with construction progress.
Track overdue payments and initiate cancellation process where required in coordination with the Finance team.
Facilitate introduction of the client to the legal department for registration of Sale Agreement/Sale Deed, interact with Bank officials for loans.
Coordinate with the concerned departments to arrange physical handover of apartment/villa, and facilitate the introduction of the client to the Estate and Facilities team.
Timely communication with clients and internal team members
Handle all communication with existing customers.
Proficient in MS Office
