Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Relation Executive to join our team at Factor Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. As a Customer Relation Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This is a full-time position located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresh graduate with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Human Resources industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information
  • Handle and resolve client complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled
  • Generate and analyze reports to track client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Stay updated on industry trends and client developments to provide proactive support
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
