We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Relation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and respond to their inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer questions and concerns
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service and provide feedback to the management team
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
