We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Relation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and respond to their inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer questions and concerns
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service and provide feedback to the management team
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
