We are currently seeking a candidate for our client, PyjamaHR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat to address inquiries.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
  • Deliver accurate and timely responses to customer queries and concerns.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback from surveys, reviews, and other sources.
  • Identify trends and common issues to provide insights for improvement.
  • Generate reports on customer satisfaction metrics and present findings to the team.
  • Assist in mapping the customer journey and identifying pain points.
  • Conduct follow-up calls or surveys to gather additional customer feedback.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Experience working with SaaS products is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a start-up environment is preferred.
  • Technical curiosity or experience, with a willingness to learn new things.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and educate executive decision-makers.

Internship Stipend: 10,000-15,000/-

Salary Range: 4-6 LPA
