Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Executive. Asa key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience forour valued customers throughout their journey with our company.Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses via multiplecommunication channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media
.2. Assist customers in placing orders, resolving product or service issues, and processing returns orexchanges.
- Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities toenhance their experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to streamline processesand improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to effectively assistcustomers and drive sales.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to meet orexceed performance targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams or management for resolution and follow up to ensuretimely resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service to enhance the quality of servicedelivery.9. Uphold company policies and procedures while demonstrating a commitment to ethical conduct andprofessionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and effectively communicate with diverse customerdemographics.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant computerapplications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.7. Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to customer issues.
- Flexibility to work shifts and holidays as needed.
