Responsibilities- Resolve customer queries, complaints or requests on daily basis
Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, communicating daily in a professional and courteous manner.- Gather valuable customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve our offerings.
Escalate complex customer issues to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Measure the quality of queries based on the effectiveness of solutions provided.
Track the quantity of queries handled to ensure productivity and efficiency.- Engage in cold calling to reach out to potential clients and promote our products/services.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience
in customer support or a related field.- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.
Patience and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.- Active listening skills to understand customer needs.
Empathy towards customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Strong email writing skills.
