- Position Overview:As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and contributing to the success of our company.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.- Maintain and update customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
Assist customers with order processing, returns, and refunds.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless customer support.- Identify opportunities for improving customer service and provide feedback to management.
Experience:
6 months to 2 years in a customer support or customer service role preferred; freshers are also welcome to apply.Education:
BBA, MBA, IT, BSW or bachelor's degree in any relevant fieldSkills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
