Position Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Ahmedabad (On-Site)
We are looking for a passionate Customer Care Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, a customer-first attitude, and a desire to learn and grow in the field of customer service.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Guide customers on how to place, use product or service effectively.
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are satisfactorily resolved.
- Identify and escalate priority issues as per company guidelines.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements.
Requirement
- 0 to 1 Year of experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
