We are looking for a Customer Care Associate to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in a similar role and possess good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints via phone.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team member
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Following up on customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 0-1 years of experience in customer service or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
