About:

Stitchflow's AI-enabled full-service solution transforms access reviews and license management from dreaded IT chores into effortless, continuous processes. Spending less than an hour/month, you'll find and fix more access gaps while saving more money on licenses than any other approach. We catch everything: ex-employee access, contractor accounts, suspicious assignments, and anomalous patterns across all your apps, including those without SAML/SCIM. Companies like SpotOn, Starburst, and Turing trust Stitchflow to conduct reviews in seconds, creating more secure environments while saving tens of thousands per renewal.

As one of the first team members at Stitchflow's Chennai office, you'll get hands-on experience in how early teams operate and directly contribute to shaping our product, marketing and culture. This is an opportunity to work closely with founders, and play a key role in building a fast-growing startup from the ground up.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Success Operations (CSOps) Associate to help our customers maximize value through data reporting and insights. You'll work with our software platform to build customer reports and understand their needs. Additionally, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining our knowledge base for both internal teams and customer use. You'll receive plenty of guidance and support as you dive into these responsibilities and grow in your role.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and deliver detailed reports for customers using Stitchflow and spreadsheets
  • Process and respond to customer feedback and requests
  • Create and maintain a internal and external knowledge base

Must haves:
  • Ability to analyze data and create reports to support customer use cases
  • Ability to track multiple customer information and requests
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Overlap with US Eastern Time is expected
  • Customer facing experience is a plus
  • Previous experience working with highly technical customers is a plus
