Shift timings: US Shift, 5 days working (Work from Office)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and innovative CRM Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to increase customer re-engagement, improve retention and lead our CRM efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about using data-driven strategies to enhance customer lifetime value and improve overall engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and leverage customer data to create marketing strategies.
  • Capture insights from analytics to build & implement consumer marketing strategies for personalisation and campaigns - build consumer journeys, value exchange, engagement and retention programs.
  • Drive and deliver key metrics - Member activation, retention, open rates, CTOR, visits, transactions & sales.
  • Manage CRM operations, analyse and prepare reports on the performance of re-engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and reactivation efforts.
  • Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests and other conversion optimisation experiments.
  • Utilise strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Re-engagement Manager, CRM Manager, or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc., with the ability to create and manage automated campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Proven ability to create, execute, and optimize successful CRM campaigns that drive customer re-engagement, retention and revenue growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with loyalty programs and retention-focused initiatives.
  • Experience with Email and SMS marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
